Can an order be cancelled before processing?
- Online orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation. If the order has not yet shipped, we will refund your form of payment immediately.
What is your return policy?
- Glory Gold Shoes is committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction and hopes that you are pleased with every order you receive from Glory Gold Shoes. However, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your order, you may return the unused item(s) within 30 days of purchase. We ask that you return the item in the original packaging and upon receiving it a refund to the original form of payment will be issued. Credits usually post to the customer’s account within 3-5 business days.
- Beyond 30 days of purchase, you may return the unused item(s) and receive a store credit for the amount paid.
What is your shipping policy and delivery time?
- Currently all items are offered with free standard shipping. Orders are processed within 1 business day. Usually, delivery is within 2-3 days, however transit times may vary and can take up to 5-7 days.
